I have checked the Bluetooth is on but when I go to “Connect” I can see the device trying to connect on the TV screen and via the laptop but then I receive a message that it was “Unable to connect” and that I should try via device settings.

I have checked that my version of Windows 10 is up to date, have checked the Bluetooth drivers as suggested in the article you mentioned above. I think I am missing one small step have screen shots of all my steps but just cannot see what it is that I’m not getting.
