I have this very same issue since a year now and coincidentally it happened just after 2 days by which my warranty was void. So i did not bothered to take it to the service center. My laptop was working fine with the r5 driver but once out of nowhere suddenly some kind of an issue popped up and then the never ending story of bsod started with thread stuck in device driver. It took me a lot of time to disable the driver in safe mode. Have you tried giving windows 7 a shot, as i found out that windows 10 does not works that well with the r5 radeon type graphics cards.

Have you run Dell hardware diagnostics via pressing F12 key at startup? If it’s a version Update I showed you above how to roll it back. If you waited too long to do this, I can also help you reinstall the last working version. System Restore is your first line of defense and can take you back to a point before a problem began. If it doesn’t help then you can undo it. Read about it first in the tutorial above and then try restoring to just before this started.
